Programs

At the heart of our organization is connection. Every student we serve receives personalized, one-on-one guidance from caring staff and dedicated volunteers. We create a safe, supportive space where students can share openly, explore their aspirations, and receive guidance they can trust. These individual interactions allow us to truly understand each student’s story, ensuring that every plan is thoughtfully designed to meet their unique goals and needs.

We work exclusively with high school students, focusing on those in their freshman through junior years. By starting early, we help students lay a strong foundation for their future—building confidence, skills, and knowledge brick by brick—so they can approach the college admissions process with clarity, courage, and purpose.

Your Path To Success

Every student is different and has a different path to success. That’s why our "Brick By Brick" approach helps guide participants on their personal journey through our services and skills training to assist with the college admissions process and into career readiness.

C&C Exploration

Approximately 80% of college students change their major at least once. Through our College & Career (C&C) Exploration program, students will participate in career counseling and informative interviews with industry experts, helping them to better prepare to select a career that matches their passion and talents. Participants will then explore colleges and universities that would be the best fit for them.

Scholarship Connect

From college application tracking to personal essay assistance, Scholarship Connect helps students navigate the end-to-end admissions process.  The program also assists with identifying available scholarships, keeps tracks accurate data surrounding scholarships that the scholar applied for, received or not received, and the amount of the scholarship.

Adulting 101

College readiness is not just about academic readiness like writing and research skills. It’s also about self-management skills like time management, goal setting, and self-motivation. Going off to college is often a first look into independence and adulthood. We aim to help you with that transition.

Future Funded

Financial literacy is a vital building block on the path to independence and opportunity. It’s about more than numbers—it’s about empowerment. When students learn to budget, save, and plan with purpose, they gain the confidence to make decisions that shape their futures. By understanding how money works, they lay each brick of financial stability and freedom, creating a strong foundation for success in college, career, and life.

Your Way Mentorship

“Your Way Mentorship” program aims to match you with a compatible mentor to assist you through not only your college years, but into your professional career. Mentors inspire, guide, and empower students to reach their full potential. Through encouragement, guidance, and support, they help students build confidence, develop resilience, and navigate academic and life challenges. A mentor’s presence can open doors to new opportunities, spark ambition, and lay the foundation for lifelong success.
